  • Order cancelations
    • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours from placing it before orders are shipped out for a quick full refund. Please emailĀ customercare@valentinepalette.comĀ to cancel within the time period.
      • Lost and delayed orders
        • Tracking details that confirms delay of delivery not caused by the customer
        • In case it is confirmed that the parcel is lost, we are not responsible for the lost package. However, email us at customercare@valentinepalette.com for furtherĀ assistance of your case.

          NO RETURN/NO REFUND IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

          • Orders from Promotions or Sale/Final sale.
          • Once a replacement has been made to a broken/damaged product.

          FOR BROKEN PALETTES:

          • Please email us atĀ customercare@valentinepalette.com
          • We can only send one replacement per broken palette.
          • We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase.Ā Original shipping charges are nonrefundable (If applicable).Ā This policy is to better protect you and us for any misuse of conduct.
          • Please note that we have a weekly schedule every Wednesday for replacement shipments.Ā
